Sodexo recently selected Chef Amy Foote, NMS executive area chef at the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC), to exhibit her work as part of the Signature Chef program, which showcases the specialty cuisines and culinary expertise of Sodexo chefs from around the U.S.
“Being recognized by peers is always an honor, especially within organizations as diverse as NMS and Sodexo,” said Chef Amy. “Sharing Alaska’s cultural foods is a great responsibility. I am humbled and proud to represent NMS.”
Chef Amy and her recipes will be featured in Sodexo marketing kits that are sent to and used by chefs at Sodexo and NMS client locations throughout the U.S.
