NMS is an Alaska Native-owned company and certified Minority Business Enterprise built on a culture of working together with our partners to bring expertise, support, and service solutions to clients across North America.
Our operations began 50 years ago on the North Slope during the construction of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline. We now deliver services that include security, facilities management, custodial and environmental solutions, food and restaurant management, remote camps and tribal services. We are proud to serve not only our original oilfield clients, but also healthcare providers, manufacturing centers, school districts, universities, and many other private and tribal facilities.
Ownership
NMS is a limited liability company, owned by NANA North (51 percent) and Sodexo Alaska, LLC (49 percent). From the collective assets of both firms, NMS offers competitive, technologically focused solutions to clients in Alaska and throughout the contiguous U.S.
NANA North was established in 2023 and is headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of NANA Regional Corporation (NANA), headquartered in Kotzebue, Alaska.
Sodexo Alaska, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sodexo America, LLC, incorporated in 1986 and operating in all 50 states and Canada.
