Meet Justin Ratcliff. His Inupiaq name is Unnuaq. Justin is a NANA shareholder and NMS Remote Housekeeping Operations Manager.
A member of the NMS team for ten years, Justin began his career as a housekeeper and now enjoys his role as a manager. He takes pride in leading by example and working alongside his employees. Justin continuously strives to raise the bar with NMS bringing “the best customer service to Alaska’s remote workforce.” One of his favorite things as an NMS manager is to celebrate the wins and promotions with the people on his team.
“I know I did not reach this position on my own. Over the years, many people were patient with me, worked beside me, shared with me, and celebrated with me throughout the journey. I want others to experience what I, and those before me have found: a sense of family and the hard-won success waiting in this frigid northern oasis.”
A lifelong Alaskan, as well as a published poet, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, feeding his farm animals, and creating his own jewelry when he’s not at work. Thanks for being such an important part of the NMS team, Justin!
