The first annual NMS Katittugut Dinner brought together clients, partners, and directors for an unforgettable evening that celebrated our relationships while also supporting Special Olympics Alaska. Guests enjoyed a standout menu prepared by NMS chefs—featuring dishes like seared scallops, lamb chops, pickled salmon, and halibut caprese—the fish caught and donated by our NMS directors during their recent Homer trip. A special thanks goes to Odom Corporation and Coca-Cola for their donation of beverages during the event.
Special Olympics athlete Nathaniel Hunt of Wasilla joined the celebration, proudly wearing his medals, signing autographs, and sharing his inspiring story as a three-time state basketball champion. A 2022 USA Games bronze medalist in Unified Basketball, Nathaniel went on to represent Team USA in alpine skiing at the 2025 World Winter Games in Turin, Italy, where he earned Gold in Giant Slalom, Silver in Slalom and 7th place in Super G.
The evening’s highlight was NMS presenting a $10,000 donation to Special Olympics Alaska to support Team Alaska on their road to the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games.
