VP OF OPERATIONS, CAMP SERVICES
Todd Whited brings more than two decades of experience in Alaska’s oil and gas sector, remote operations, and workforce development to his leadership role at NMS. Todd oversees camp operations statewide, ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery. His leadership is grounded in performance, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to employee development.
Before stepping into his current role, Todd served as Director of Operations for Camp Services at NMS, where he led multisite logistics, optimized camp performance, and strengthened employee retention programs. His previous work as Recruiting Manager at NANA focused on strategic hiring across industries, with a particular emphasis on shareholder employment and long-term workforce planning.
Todd holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), along with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Alaska Pacific University. Todd is a graduate of the NANAtkut Leadership Acceleration Program and other executive development courses and was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Alaska Support Industry Alliance.
