Jeremy Wagner is the driving force behind our commitment to creating a workplace where safety is paramount, risks are minimized, and employees can perform at their best with peace of mind. With over 14 years of dedicated service at NMS, including nine years in the field as a camps maintenance lead on Alaska’s challenging North Slope, Jeremy brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his role.
Jeremy’s journey toward safety leadership began when he pursued certifications, including completing multiple OSHA courses. Jeremy’s dedication and hard work paid off when he achieved his Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. His passion for safety excellence led him to be offered a safety specialist position, where he could put his expertise to work in making NMS safer for everyone.
As a trusted authority in safety, Jeremy has been instrumental in implementing and sustaining comprehensive programs that prioritize the health and safety of our employees. His significant contribution includes championing NMS’ “Good Catch Near Miss” program, which encourages a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential safety hazards before they become incidents.
Jeremy’s ability to develop strong relationships extends beyond our organization. He has cultivated partnerships with clients we serve, including industry leaders like Alyeska Pipeline, Hilcorp, ConocoPhillips, and many more. These partnerships are a testament to Jeremy’s commitment to safety and his ability to collaborate effectively with others in pursuit of a common goal – ensuring that everyone goes home safely.
In his role as Senior Director of Safety, Jeremy Wagner is at the forefront of fostering a safety culture that is second to none.
