Clinton Lasley brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to NMS, including managing complex, multimillion-dollar operations throughout Alaska and the Lower 48. In his current role, he provides strategic oversight for a wide range of services across healthcare, education, transportation, senior living, corporate, and remote sectors.
His career reflects deep expertise in financial management, safety and compliance, contract negotiation, and organizational performance. Clinton’s co-leadership of the Tribal Child Welfare Compact, representing 170 Alaska Native Tribes, highlights his commitment to culturally responsive partnerships and community-centered service delivery.
Born in Fairbanks and raised in Central, Clinton has lived and worked across Alaska, giving him a firsthand understanding of the communities NMS serves. He is passionate about developing strong teams, mentoring future leaders, and creating opportunities that reflect the values of respect, integrity, and excellence. His deep operational knowledge and connection to the state position him to guide the continued growth and impact of the division.
