For the eighth consecutive year, J.D. Power and Associates ranked our client Alaska Airlines highest in customer satisfaction among traditional air carriers. Alaska Airlines attributes their success to their employees and dedicated business partners, recognizing the NMS Facilities Management team as a key partner in their success.
From Adak and Kotzebue to Anchorage and Ketchikan, NMS maintains Alaska Airlines facilities, including all related projects throughout Alaska. With a team of 10, NMS is responsible for ensuring the facilities of the much-lauded air carrier are always running smoothly. The NMS team of outstanding facilities management professionals travels between 45 Alaska Airlines facilities located in 19 geographic locations spread throughout Alaska. Mike Jennings, formerly the General Manager of the account (Mike was recently promoted to Facilities Operations Supervisor) had this to say about the team: “This is a team we can all be proud to work with—hardworking, talented and experienced. They are dedicated to the work we do and to our client. Dennis Busse (recently promoted to General Manager for the contract), Robin Richardson, James Van Eck, Brett Booth, Eli Baker, Terry Norris, Robert Druley and our newest team members, Van Kitagawa and Susan Lie, are all outstanding at what they do.” Combined with the direction of Area Manager David Saady, this exceptional frontline operations team has exceeded our client’s expectations and reached a level of excellence for which we all strive.
Derrell Webb, Vice President of Operations for the Food & Facilities Management division that manages the contract, had this to say about the recognition: “I’m proud of the effort our team has put forth to help keep Alaska Airlines operating smoothly and ensure their employees and customers are well-served. Although they aren’t visible to passersby or travelers, our team’s work is critical to our client’s success, and they’ve done an awesome job!”
